We tried the home office offer and found on site that you can also order the lunch dishes frozen (€ 2 discount compared to the normal price). Since we didn't feel like a tough, cold roulade, we of course ordered our dish not frozen. In the end, the chef simply reheated frozen dishes for us. We noticed that at home when our roulades were both still ice cold in the middle. We immediately called the store and pointed out the error to the staff. The solution: next time we can take away the warm dishes for the price of the frozen ones. I let the employee know that we are actually reluctant to leave our money there again after such an experience. As a result, we were instead promised a free dessert the next time we visit. Unfortunately, that will not happen again. Before I give a bad rating, I always see if we can agree otherwise. However, I find the two solutions that were offered to us a bit bold. The red cabbage, on the other hand, tasted great, so 2 stars instead of one.

Finally a sense of home from Hanover in Bielefeld too. By far the best steakhouse in town. Shortly after the opening, the two of us were there, received a warm welcome and had a great waitress who read our every wish from our eyes. The food was on point and the view of Obernstrasse is also very appealing. We will go to dinner here more often now. :)

After I wasn't received very welcome I sat at the table assigned to me (which I didn't want) for more than 10 minutes without a service person asking me if I wanted something. Service super nice and on the ball. Food very tasty and quick on the seat (very nice roasted aromas). Unfortunately, due to Corona and overbooking, a bit of waiting time. But it was compensated by wine and other favors. A star deduction only for the somewhat too coarse salad and the minimally missed cooking levels.

We were in the restaurant for the first time and would go back to eat there anytime. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Darya and shown to our table. The meal was not long in coming. It was fresh and really delicious. The ambience is very nice. The service (Darya) was very friendly and responded quickly when it came to an order or invoice. We were very satisfied and would come back anytime.

Service good, grill master definitely has to learn, side dishes still have room for improvement, 5 people were there on Tuesday evening, everyone was not satisfied, ambience is good. We'll try again after Corona.

It was delicious, really nice atmosphere with a great view of Obernstrasse. We were 9 people, got the food all at the same time and the meat was on point! I'm really looking forward to our next visit. In addition, super friendly staff, I am thrilled!

As a real Bielefeld native, I can say: the best steak house in town. A very stylish ambience, perfectly cooked steak and extremely friendly and competent staff. Keep up the good work, we will definitely come more often in the future. Finally: You can feel safe, there are partition walls, you disinfect your hands at the entrance and we could see that the door handles were also disinfected regularly.

Very friendly staff. Great food. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great ambience, good food and great staff. Our meal (8 people) was served at the same time despite the full restaurant. Everyone got their steak exactly as they ordered it. Excellent, keep it up! :)

The Block House turned out really great. We have been waiting for this for a long time. A cordial service and a delicious steak made yesterday a special day for us. Thank you for finally being in Bielefeld.
